About this template

This OKR is aimed at enhancing leadership skills, communication capabilities, and inspiration within teams. The main goal is to promote professional development and foster a more productive, cohesive team environment.

The first objective outlines the necessity of attending two leadership skills development workshops. This involves selecting appropriate workshops, scheduling them into the daily routine, and successfully attending both in order to elevate leadership skills.
