OKR template to certify in development using JTA, Blueprint, Item writing & peer reviews
This OKR focuses on becoming certified in development using JTA, Blueprint, Item writing, and peer reviews. The primary objective is to score above 85% in three JTA application-related mock tests to ensure understanding. Key initiatives include completing practice mock tests, studying all relevant JTA application-related materials, and achieve 85% or higher in 3 official JTA mock tests.
The second outcome aims to create and review 10 unique development items using Blueprint each week. This involves creating and structuring these items using Blueprint, brainstorming potential topics for the development items, and owing a weekly review and editing process.
The third outcome targets active participation in 2 peer reviews per month, to enhance Blueprint and item writing proficiency. The initiatives for this consist of constructively critiquing and editing peers' blueprints, volunteering for two peer review sessions each month, and attending all scheduled blueprint item writing workshops. This way, the OKR places an emphasis on continuous learning and peer interaction.
The scoring format for all the outcomes is based on a percentage, from 0.0 to 100.0, which provides a clear and measurable way of tracking progress towards achieving each outcome. In summary, this OKR is about acquiring and demonstrating proficiency in JTA application development, item writing, and peer reviewing.
