About this template
This OKR seeks to implement Scrum and Agile training for a team with a primary objective of having at least 80% of the team pass the post-training assessment. This goal will be achieved through three main initiatives: regular training evaluations, additional help for struggling trainees, and a comprehensive post-training assessment.
The second facet of this OKR is ensuring full participation and completion of the training by all team members.
