About this template

The objective of this OKR is to improve efficiency and effectiveness in facilities management. The aim is to achieve a 90% satisfaction rate in employee facilities surveys thereby making the work environment conducive and satisfactory for the employees. This will be measured from an initial 0% to the aimed 100% with the implementation of updates based on feedback received, conducting of an initial survey and regular communication of improvements to the employees.

The second outcome is to reduce the maintenance response time by 15%. Initiatives include an automated maintenance request tracking system, increasing maintenance staff availability, and training technicians on response time reduction strategies. This is designed to facilitate speedy resolution of maintenance issues and interruptions.

The third outcome aims at decreasing facilities-related expenses by 10%. In order to achieve this, the initiatives that have been put in place include regular maintenance and repair of equipment to avoid costly replacements. Also, to implement energy-efficient lighting and heating systems to further save costs.

Another initiative to achieve a decrease in facilities-related expenses is to negotiate lower rates with utilities providers. By doing so, handling of operational costs becomes more manageable and funds can be allocated for other development purposes within the facilities.
