About this template
This OKR is focused on the establishment of a simple Artificial Intelligence (AI) startup using open-source tools. The objective is two-fold: to develop a basic AI model with these tools by week 8, and to acquire the first 10 users for feedback gathering by week 12. All efforts are steered towards the development, testing, mastering and choosing of a suitable open-source tool for model development.
Once the model has been built, the importance of user testing and feedback becomes paramount. Initiatives under this objective include identifying the target audience for testing, reaching out and onboarding these initial users, and setting up a system for feedback collection.
Prior to all these, a key step is to identify and assess five suitable open-source tools for AI development by the fourth week. This would act as a stepping stone towards subsequent objectives like development and user acquisition.
