This OKR aims to achieve full productivity in the general accounting role. The first objective is to complete all assigned tasks accurately and on time. Regular review of progress, task prioritization and daily allocation of time for each assignment are the key initiatives set to achieve this.
The second objective is to increase efficiency by automating two routine accounting tasks.
