Platform review · The OKR Software Benchmark
Flat-fee OKR platform with KPIs, AI, and a growing integrations library
OKRs Tool is a flat-fee OKR platform for teams on a budget, and it is showing promise with rapid updates — 2026 alone added KPIs, reports, built-in AI, and 10 integrations including Jira and a hosted MCP server. It is still a young product with a small team and only a handful of third-party reviews.
About our ratings: Our scoring focuses specifically on OKR capabilities. If a platform offers OKRs alongside other features (like performance management or project management), we evaluate how well it handles OKRs specifically, not its full feature set.

OKRs Tool started as a bare-bones budget option, but its 2026 update cycle changed the calculus. It now spans five product areas (strategy, goals, performance, reports, AI) with flat-fee pricing that stays predictable as teams grow. Verified against the vendor's site on July 30, 2026.
The flat-fee model is the sharpest in the market — $49/month for up to 50 users undercuts every per-seat rival at typical team sizes, and there is a free tier for piloting.
Its AI story is unusually complete for a small vendor. An in-product AI Coach forecasts at-risk KRs and drafts check-in narratives, and a hosted MCP server lets Claude, Cursor, or n8n read OKR data and log check-ins from chat.
Integrations went from one to ten in a single cycle, including task links from Jira, Asana, Linear, and ClickUp that roll delivery work up to goals.
There is no native task layer — teams that do not run Jira, Asana, Linear, or ClickUp have nowhere to manage execution work inside the product.
Compliance is close but not finished. SSO, SCIM, and audit logs are shipped, while the SOC 2 Type II audit is still underway.
The platform and the team behind it are young. The G2 base is small (7 reviews), so hands-on trials matter more here than for established vendors.
For budget-driven teams of 5-50, the flat fee makes it the price-performance benchmark to beat.
Teams with hard compliance requirements should wait for the SOC 2 report or negotiate evidence during procurement.
OKRs Tool has graduated from a budget curiosity to a credible platform for growing teams. Its price model remains the headline, but the AI and integrations work now stand on their own.
Side-by-side comparisons against the field, feature by feature.

Flat-fee pricing, not per-seat: Launch is free forever for 1-5 users. Scale is $49/month flat for 6-50 users. Expand is $129/month flat for 51+ users (adds SSO/SCIM/API). Monthly or annual billing (annual saves 20%), cancel anytime.
