Microsoft advised customers to export their OKR data via API, Excel, and PowerPoint before December 31, 2025, and transition to another OKR solution. No successor OKR product was offered by Microsoft.

Quantive customers are transitioning to the WorkBoard platform with vendor-assisted migration. As of July 2026, quantive.com redirects to workboard.com. Quantive had raised a $120M Series C in December 2021.

Koan
February 1, 2022Koan announced it was shutting down. Gtmhub (later Quantive) acquired the company and the standalone Koan product was discontinued.
Koan (which had raised ~$6M, with customers including SurveyMonkey and New Relic) was wound down and customers were pointed to Gtmhub/Quantive — which was itself acquired by WorkBoard in May 2025, meaning Koan customers who followed the migration path faced a second migration.
