Koan announced it was shutting down. Gtmhub (later Quantive) acquired the company and the standalone Koan product was discontinued.
Koan (which had raised ~$6M, with customers including SurveyMonkey and New Relic) was wound down and customers were pointed to Gtmhub/Quantive — which was itself acquired by WorkBoard in May 2025, meaning Koan customers who followed the migration path faced a second migration.
