The OKR Software Benchmark · 2026.Q3.2
The best Perdoo alternative is Tability (4.3/5), followed by Profit.co and Mooncamp.
Perdoo is a solid structured-OKR platform — these are the options when billing flexibility or AI depth decide it.
Updated September 15, 2026 · Ranked by our mid-market scoring · How we rank
Perdoo is a credible mid-market OKR platform with a genuinely free 5-user plan and public pricing — it ranks second in our mid-market category. Teams comparing alternatives usually hit one of three walls: no monthly billing, contract minimums that appear when procurement gets involved, or wanting more AI assistance than Perdoo currently ships.
There is no monthly billing — plans are billed annually (10% discount) or quarterly, with a minimum of 5 paid licenses.
Source: perdoo.comA $10,000 minimum contract value applies when procurement or security-review assistance is required — relevant for exactly the mid-market buyers Perdoo targets.

Tability is a modern goal-tracking platform designed for teams who want to manage OKRs without complexity. It focuses on simplicity, accountability, and actionable insights.
Tested hands-on (Sep 2026) · Premium trial (14 days, no credit card)
“Time for our own medicine. Tability was evaluated in a 30-minute session using the shared scenario, and the first difference showed before any goals existed: plan creation asks about check-in cadence and permissions up front. In several other tested tools those were settings I had to hunt for later – here the plan starts with a weekly reminder rhythm and access rules already decided.”
AI in this session: The key-result-scoped AI mode answered a strategy question about the specific key result in view, grounded in its context.
In this category it scores highest on ease of use and OKR reporting (4.5), and lowest on integration (4).
Choose it if you want a modern, clean OKR platform with dashboards ready out of the box, AI working across the product, and goals built for the agentic world — MCP, scheduled reports, and agents you can assign to key results. Skip it if you need a free tier, performance management with deep HRIS integration, or a heavyweight enterprise rollout with dedicated services at very large scale.

Profit.co is a comprehensive OKR platform that combines objectives and key results with performance management. It offers a wide range of features for enterprise teams.

“Profit.co is the opposite bet to Mooncamp. Where Mooncamp keeps things minimal, Profit.co ships everything – OKRs, performance management, a separate task module, a huge connector catalog – and you feel that breadth from the first minute. Onboarding was slower than the modern tools: account creation, a wait while sample data generated, then email verification before I could start. The workspace arrived with a full set of sample OKRs already in place.”
In this category it scores highest on integration (5), and lowest on ease of use (3).
Choose it if you want OKRs, performance management, and tasks in one system, with deep integrations and enterprise controls, and you have the patience to configure it. Skip it if you want a lightweight OKR tool your team can navigate without training, native AI that works out of the box, or transparent pricing.

Mooncamp is a modern, user-friendly OKR platform designed for fast-growing companies. It focuses on simplicity and ease of use while providing powerful OKR management features.
Tested hands-on (Sep 2026) · Free trial (14 days, no credit card)
“Mooncamp gave me one of the smoothest starts in this benchmark. I signed up with an email code, skipped the tour, and landed in a workspace already filled with demo data. My test OKRs – one objective for the sales team, three key results, one initiative – were in within a few minutes.”
In this category it scores highest on ease of use (4.5), and lowest on integration (3).
Choose it if you want clean, manual OKR tracking your team will actually use, and AI isn't part of your goal workflow. Skip it if you need AI assistance, an importer for existing goals, a public API, or leadership-ready reporting.

OKRs Tool is a flat-fee OKR platform for teams on a budget, and it is showing promise with updates covering KPIs, reports, built-in AI, and documented connections including Jira and a hosted MCP server. It is still a young product with a small team and only a handful of third-party reviews.
Tested hands-on (Sep 2026) · Free plan (no credit card)
“OKRs Tool starts strong. Right at onboarding it offered to draft my goals with AI, I pasted my test scenario, and the objective and three key results appeared with sensible targets. Then the cracks showed: every start value had been imported as zero, and when I corrected them, my edits saved but the app kept showing the old numbers. One key result ended up reading 100% ahead of pace because of an inverted baseline.”
AI in this session: Asked what to focus on this week, the AI Coach answered that our objective had no key results defined – it had three – and built its recommendations on that wrong premise.
In this category it scores highest on pricing (5), and lowest on ease of use (3).
Choose it if you're a small team on a tight budget — the free tier and flat fee are the cheapest way into OKRs, and you can live with rough edges while the product matures. Skip it if you need a fast, polished product, automatic key result updates from your data sources, or AI you can trust to read your goals correctly.

Rhythms.ai is an innovative AI-powered platform that helps teams align strategy with execution. It combines OKRs with AI assistance to help teams set better goals, track progress, and drive accountability.
Tested hands-on (Sep 2026) · Free plan (limited AI credits, no credit card)
“Rhythms.ai drops you straight into a chat window. Signup took seconds, and the first thing the platform wanted was a conversation – so I pasted my test OKRs and said they were for the sales team. The assistant noticed the team didn't exist, asked if it should create it, then built the objective, the key results, and the initiative, checking in with me before publishing. If you use Claude or ChatGPT a lot, this feels immediately familiar. It is also slower than Perdoo's importer, which just went and created everything.”
AI in this session: The setup conversation was an alternative write task – the assistant created the team, objective, key results, and initiative from our pasted scenario, asking before publishing.
In this category it scores highest on scalability and OKR reporting (4), and lowest on pricing (3).
Choose it if you want an AI-native workspace — chat-first setup, auto-updating key results, an MCP server, and a huge connector catalog — and you'll trade some everyday responsiveness for it. Skip it if you want a fast, conventional OKR interface first and AI second, per-person dashboards, or control over who can create content.
