About this template

This OKR aims to enhance competency in project management. The main objective is to achieve successful management and completion of three diverse projects. This involves monitoring progress, adjusting strategies as required, clearly outlining project goals and objectives, and ensuring team members are assigned properly and tasks are allocated efficiently.

Secondly, it is aimed to attain a high satisfaction rate (95%) in team assessments after projects. This can be accomplished by providing targeted training based on assessment results, developing improvement-focused action plans from feedback and carrying out regular team feedback sessions post-project.

Thirdly, it plans to enhance professional growth by attending two project management courses. This part involves regular attendance and completion of course assignments, enrollment in selected project management courses, and carrying out research to choose two appropriate professional project management programs.

Finally, all objectives are measured with a scale from zero to one hundred percent and concerted efforts must be made to meet these objectives in order to improve the proficiency. The OKR clearly details action steps, creates a roadmap to follow and sets ambitious yet achievable benchmarks.
