About this template
This OKR aims to enhance leadership capabilities through diverse in-person training opportunities and self-study. The first objective is to attend and complete at least three leadership skill-focused trainings. Achieving this would involve registering for relevant training, attending, and researching additional opportunities.
The second objective focuses on the practical application of the trainings. This would be achieved by implementing strategies learned from the trainings in at least two real-world scenarios. These scenarios would then be comprehensively documented and analysed.
