About this template
This OKR focuses on improving the user interface and user experience of our mobile application to enhance overall user satisfaction. The first desired outcome is to increase our app store rating from the existing rate of 3.8 to 4.5, achieved by encouraging satisfied users to leave positive ratings, revamping the user interface based on user feedback, and identifying common usability issues.
Reducing the app's loading time by half to offer a faster, more fluid user experience is our second objective. To achieve this, we plan to remove unnecessary app features or elements, optimize the underlying code for better performance, and implement efficient caching and data retrieval methods that make the app more responsive.
Thirdly, we aim to increase daily user activity by 30% by refining in-app navigation. We expect to see an increase in usage metrics following implementation of design changes, enabling a more streamlined, intuitive navigation experience. Monitoring user behavior and identifying pain points in the navigation process are also key to this objective.
Finally, the success of these initiatives is measured quantitively, using percentage increments in outcomes, to ensure clarity, focus and the ability to assess and learn from these goals in a structured manner. This rigorous approach ensures we continuously improve aspects that directly impact the user experience, thereby driving higher user satisfaction.
