About this template
The OKR targets enhancing understanding of ITIL processes. It involves three main objectives: use of ITIL methods for a practical understanding, completion of ITIL certification courses for theoretical understanding, and teaching an ITIL workshop to fortify and disseminate knowledge. Each objective has set initiatives to achieve.
For real-world experience, three projects must incorporate ITIL methods. The step-wise implementation involves identifying the applicable projects, applying the methods to these projects, and assessing and recording the results of the implementation. It will demonstrate how ITIL processes work in practice.
Educational advancement involves undertaking and completing two ITIL courses. Picking suitable course offerings, enrolling in them, and setting aside study time to complete the courses contribute to this. This goal is aimed at expanding theoretical knowledge and familiarizing with ITIL processes.
Lastly, teaching an ITIL workshop to colleagues comes into play. The initiatives include scheduling and inviting colleagues for the workshop, preparing presentations and handouts, and making a detailed agenda for the workshops. Leading a workshop reinforces knowledge and promotes ITIL understanding among colleagues.
