About this template
The primary objective of this OKR focuses on establishing lead and supporting themes for the company's research development strategy. The first outcome is to implement these themes into our plans, ensuring three are signed off and approved. This will be achieved through identifying potential themes, securing approvals, and integrating the chosen themes into the existing business plan.
