About this template

The main goal is to improve verbal communication through clear speaking and precise wording. This will be achieved through the implementation of detailed initiatives and assessed via well-defined outcomes. Specifically, the three outcomes need to be reached in order for successful accomplishment of the OKR.

The first outcome focuses on receiving weekly feedback from three different colleagues. This feedback will help assess current verbal communication skills and highlight areas for further improvement. Initiatives such as implementing communication strategies, reflecting on feedback and regularly asking for constructive criticism will support reaching this goal.

Secondly, there should be daily engagement with new words to enhance vocabulary and confirm correct usage. The initiatives established include continuing practice of previously used words, using new words in sentences daily and selecting additional new words every day. These actions will help enrich the individual's vocabulary and increase their confidence in diction.

Lastly, it is necessary to attend two weekly speech training sessions to refine articulation. Regular practice of skills acquired in these sessions, researching and enrolling in available workshops, and scheduling time for two sessions weekly are the initiatives aimed at achieving this. The combined efforts target improved clarity in verbal expression.
