About this template

This OKR aims to enhance proficiency and effectiveness in T-TESS personal milestones. The primary steps to achieving this goal involve obtaining positive feedback on T-TESS applications in three actual scenarios. This will be facilitated by requesting feedback post-application, preparing comprehensive application materials, and rehearsing presentations ahead of applications.
