About this template

The OKR aims to establish a comprehensive skills marketplace. One objective is to develop a diverse catalog with over a hundred training modules by quarter's end. Topics for training modules need to be identified from various industries, compiled, and organized well. Furthermore, the individual training modules have to be designed in an appealing and engaging way.

The second objective encompasses hosting 15 professional development events that engage more than 500 users. Potential speakers and topics would need to be identified, and a wide-reaching marketing campaign would need to be executed to draw in the users. Furthermore, securing suitable venues and setting up registration for each event will be an integral part of the process.

The third goal is to develop a user-friendly knowledge base of over 1000 articles and properly organize them. This includes creating an accessible interface for the knowledge base, sourcing relevant articles and categorizing them for efficient use.

Finally, the whole process will require a ringmaster to manage the coordination, design, sourcing, and execution of all the aforementioned initiatives.
