About this template
The OKR titled "Streamline the issuance of agricultural licenses" has three crucial objectives. Each of these objectives have specific desired outcomes and supporting initiatives. The first objective involves putting into effect an online system of application for half of all licenses. The initiatives that support this objective include customizing the online system for licensing, training staff to manage the new system, and researching to select an appropriate software for online application.
The second objective aims to increase by 15% the number of issued licenses successfully. In pursuit of this objective, a marketing strategy for reaching potential licensees will be rolled out. Simplifying the application process to minimize ground for errors and misunderstanding is another initiative under this objective following which, the enhancement of customer service support will be done to facilitate applicants more effectively.
The final objective aims to cut down application processing time by a quarter. Staff will be trained in more speedy techniques of application processing. The underlying techniques of application processing will be optimized and a more efficient software for handling applications will be brought into play.
Through this OKR, agricultural licensing will be not just more efficient but with the projected ease of process, the number of successful licenses issued are also expected to increase.
