Enhance the efficiency of our testing processes

This OKR is about improving the efficiency of our company's testing processes. The main objectives are to cut down average testing time for each module by 30%, expand automated testing by 25%, and reduce bugs discovered after release by 15%. In other words, the aim is to streamline tests, automate more of them, and improve code quality.

To achieve these targets, several initiatives have been identified. For decreasing testing time, staff training in rapid, efficient testing techniques, implementation of automated testing methods, and prioritization of essential feature testing have been proposed. On the other hand, to reach the goal of a 25% increase in automated testing coverage, areas without sufficient implementation need identifying while monitoring and adjusting current automated tests.

Furthermore, the implementation of new automated tests in previously identified areas is necessary. Lastly, in order to reduce post-release bugs by 15%, developer training on bug detection and resolution should be increased, stringent pre-release quality checks should be implemented, and the peer code review process should be enhanced.

Overall, the OKR aims to bring about improvements in testing efficiency, coverage, and post-release code quality, through a series of outlined initiatives.
