About this template
The principal aim in this OKR is to foster more effective and smoother communication among peers. One of the key goals is to boost the use of an internal communication platform by 30%. To achieve this, strategies include the implementation of mandatory daily check-ins on the platform, frequent training for optimal use, and weekly contest initiatives promoting engagement.
The second objective is to conduct three comprehensive communication workshops for group members. This involves identifying appropriate subjects for the communication workshops, scheduling professional facilitation of the sessions and making sure all group members are informed about these workshops.
A third goal set out in this OKR is to establish weekly group meetings with a structured layout to enhance discussions. This is set to be done by allocating a specific time for discussion on each agenda item, developing a defined agenda for these weekly meetings and then making sure that the said agenda is distributed among members beforehand to allow them to adequately prepare.
