About this template
This OKR seeks to proficiently improve technical risk knowledge within the organization. The main objective is accomplished through three key outcomes which include conducting specialized risk management training, reducing technical risk occurrence, and implementing a knowledge-sharing platform on identified technical risks.
The first target is to hold three specialized risk management training sessions for all staff. The initiatives under this include inviting all staff, scheduling experienced trainers and identifying the topics for the sessions. The aim is to bring everyone in the organization up to speed on risk management.
The second aim is to achieve a 20% reduction in technical risk occurrence post-training. The strategies to achieve this include updating technical risk prevention methods, implementing technical risk assessments post-training and conducting refresher courses on risk management. Ensuring these strategies are put into place will result in a reduction of technical risks within the organization.
The third target is to implement a weekly knowledge-sharing platform on identified technical risks. The strategies include developing a procedure for identifying technical risks, scheduling weekly sessions and determining the platform for weekly meetings. This is expected to promote a workplace of continuous learning and sharing about potential technical risks.
