About this template

This OKR focuses on achieving successful integration of DevSecOps into the team's workflow. The principal objective is to reduce high-risk vulnerabilities to zero in new software releases for the quarter through regular vulnerability assessments, strict security protocol enactment, and timely patching and updates.

A secondary objective is to ensure at least 90% of the team is adequately trained on DevSecOps principles and best practices by organizing scheduled training sessions, and by finding suitable training programs. Progress will be monitored regularly to ensure completion by a majority of the team.

The third objective is to automate security checks within all coding pipelines. The approach involves integrating automated security checks into all coding pipelines, identifying potential automated security solutions, and undertaking regular maintenance and updates to preserve the effectiveness of the implemented checks.
