About this template

The OKR aims to integrate GenAI into business operations, with the objective of increasing operational efficiency and fostering innovation. The goal is to demonstrate a 10% increase in efficiency through the use of GenAI. To achieve this, efficiency improvements will be regularly tracked, employees will be trained on GenAI’s efficiency features, and the GenAI software will be implemented in daily operations.

The second part of the objective is to have at least 70% of employees participate in GenAI training sessions or workshops. This will be achieved by developing engaging, relevant workshop content, regularly communicating with employees about upcoming training sessions, and encouraging participation through an incentive system.

The final part of the objective is to implement GenAI into minimum two existing business processes or operations. To accomplish this, the necessary GenAI software suite will be procured and installed, existing business processes that would benefit from GenAI will be identified and teams will be trained on using GenAI within those processes.

Achieving these objectives will ultimately result in improved innovation and expertise within the business. Leveraging GenAI will help in optimizing operations and engaging employees in meaningful learning experiences, contributing to organizational growth.
