About this template
The objective of this OKR is to gain comprehensive knowledge about the elite process. This involves understanding the functionalities and implications of the process as practiced by leading industry professionals. A planned and methodically executed approach is expected to be the course of action.
In order to achieve this, intensive interactions will be held with ten selected industrial experts. Identified and shortlisted based on their expertise, these professionals will be asked insightful questions during scheduled interviews. These conversations will grant an in-depth understanding of the elite process in the industry.
Another step towards understanding the elite process comprehensively involves creating and presenting a detailed report. The report will comprise of in-depth research about how elite processes function and are applied, woven around the insights gleaned from interviews. This report will be shared through a presentation to catalyze discussion.
Lastly, to garner further knowledge about high performance operation strategies, five pertinent books will be read and summarized. These selected books on high-performance operation strategies will help deepen the understanding of strategic processes that drive excellent outputs and share key insights with the team.
