About this template
This OKR focuses on improving skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. The key objective is to master advanced risk management training with a score of 85% or higher. This involves enrollment in an advanced risk management training course, achieving a high score on training assessments, and consistent study of training materials.
The second outcome aims at developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies for identified high-risk areas. To achieve this, tailored mitigation strategies are to be created for each area, implemented, monitored effectively and specific vulnerabilities in 15 high-risk areas must be identified.
