About this template
The overarching goal is to establish a strong safety culture within a new manufacturing facility. Establishing this would result in a safe workplace with no accidents or incidents, a place where safety isn't compromised. This would be measured by reaching a 100% rate of safe operations within the workplace.
The first strategic step towards achieving this objective involves implementing a comprehensive staff safety training program. Alongside this, the organization also plans to formulate and strictly enforce safety protocols. Keeping the workplace equipment in check through regular inspection and maintenance is another initiative under this objective.
Another focus is drafting and implementing five extensive safety policies and conducting safety drills every two weeks.
