OKR template to enhance my leadership capabilities
This OKR is focused on enhancing leadership capabilities. The first objective aims to complete three specialized courses from industry-recognized leadership training. The objective is quantifiable, having a progression from 0% to 100%, but currently, there are no outlined strategies to reach this goal.
