About this template

This OKR aims to enhance the employees' understanding of the corporate culture and core values. It outlines a plan to conduct three comprehensive workshops, each addressing an aspect of the company's culture and values. The workshops will be backed by solid preparations to ensure an engaging experience for all employees.

Next, a quarterly recognition program will be instituted to acknowledge and encourage value engagement amongst employees. This program will be driven by clearly defined core values and a reward distribution plan. Employees demonstrating exceptional alignment with these values will be appreciated and rewarded.

One of the key outcomes in this OKR is to observe a 15% increase in the correctness of responses in the cultural awareness quiz.
