About this template
The OKR prioritizes authoring comprehensive Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for the Google Cloud Platform at a FinTech company. An essential objective is to get ratification on these ADRs from a significant proportion (90%) of the architectural committee, achieved through securing ratification, distribution and scheduling meetings for discussion.
Another key objective is to draft and finalize 10 substantial ADRs with consideration to their quality and completeness. Writing initial drafts, finalizing these drafts and identifying the key points needed in each ADR will be the primary initiatives to achieve this.
Also included within these objectives is the ambition of improving ADRs based on feedback while keeping the requirement of revisions minimal, under 10%.
