About this template
The OKR focuses on personal development in the professional domain and expanding knowledge of the industry. The end goal is to nurture industry connections, learn from books related to professional growth, and clear industry-relevant certification courses.
To establish valuable industry connections, the individual plans to attend four professional networking events. This includes preparing business cards for networking, booking tickets for the chosen events, and researching prospective events in the chosen industry.
