Advance my proficiency in spoken English

The primary objective of this OKR is to advance the user's proficiency in spoken English. It sets out three specific outcomes. The first of these involves watching and summarizing 10 TED Talks in English each month. Initiatives for achieving this include writing summaries for each talk, selecting the talks to watch, and making sure to watch each selected talk in its entirety.

The second expected outcome is to recite a new English poem flawlessly every week. This outcome involves practicing the selected poem out loud, reading and interpreting the poem on a daily basis, and choosing a new poem every week. Mastery of poetry recitation not only helps language learning but also fosters an appreciation of English literature.

The third targeted outcome is to engage in an English language conversation for at least half an hour daily. The suggested initiatives include joining online communities of English language learners, attending local English speaking clubs, and starting daily English conversations with friends. These measures provide consistent and varied opportunities to practice spoken English.

Hence, the pursuit of this OKR not only develops English language skills but also fosters a deep understanding of the language's cultural contexts through TED Talks and poetry.
