Establish a comprehensive knowledge base for the organization's systems and projects

The OKR is about instituting a robust knowledge base that covers all the organization's systems and projects comprehensively. The aim is to fully document all existing systems in this knowledge base by the end of the next quarter. The initiatives to realize this goal include reviewing and uploading all relevant documentation, assigning team members to document each system, and identifying any existing systems that lack documentation.

The second objective is to measure user satisfaction with the knowledge base. To know whether it is helpful and user friendly, the OKR targets a 90% satisfaction rate culled from frequent surveys administered to the user base. Initiatives to implement include improving the user satisfaction rate based on feedback, conducting regular surveys among active users, and ensuring the survey itself is user friendly.

Development continues, and the knowledge base is dynamic, not static. The third goal is to keep updating the project knowledge base weekly, aiming for a 95% accuracy level.
