About this template
The OKR aims to foster and demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking. This will be achieved through conducting two workshops on creativity and unconventional problem-solving strategies. These workshops will cover suitable topics and will be pushed out to relevant audience groups through advertisement.
A second action involves developing three unique, innovative solutions to existing business growth-limiting challenges. The idea is not just to come up with solutions, but to guarantee their uniqueness and feasibility. This will require an extensive brainstorming process to sift out the very best.
