Improve mastery of behavioral-driven development (BDD)

The OKR is about enhancing skills in behavioral-driven development (BDD). The objective seeks to improve understanding and ability to implement BDD substantially. The first outcome measures this through professional certification on BDD principles and techniques. The initiatives to achieve this include enrolling in a reputable BDD certification course, passing the certification exam, and understanding course materials.

The second outcome proposes to apply the gained knowledge by implementing three projects that use BDD principles. This approach aims to help in comprehending the practical part of BDD and how it can be beneficial. To achieve this, the actions proposed are identifying three projects suitable for BDD implementation, conducting team training on BDD, and beginning the application of BDD on identified projects.

There is also a goal to reduce testing failures by refining current BDD processes to a rate of 5% or less. Regular monitoring and analysis of failure rates, training staff on BDD updates, and reviewing the testing software for any needed improvements are among the suggested initiatives to achieve this outcome.
