About this template

The main objective of this OKR is to enhance data literacy levels across the organization. To achieve this, the organization plans on implementing a data-focused project and having staff members display their data literacy skills. The project's successful execution and meaningful results will be continuously supervised and evaluated.

The next key result focuses on building staff competency in data comprehension. It involves preparing and conducting training sessions for all staff members where they learn key data literacy skills. The effectiveness of these sessions will be assessed through a data comprehension test, which 80% of the staff are expected to pass.

Further development in data literacy will be fostered through delivering two customized data literacy workshops for all staff members. The workshops’ content will be based on identified key areas of focus relevant to the organization's operations. Schedule and organization of these workshops are also included in this OKR.

To measure the accomplishment of these objectives, different quantifiable results have been defined. Key results include implementing one data-driven project, achieving an 80% pass rate on the basic data comprehension test, and conducting two targeted data literacy workshops.
