Agent teams
Assign a goal to an Agent Manager and watch them recruits teams, delegate the work, execute it, and report back. Around the clock until mission accomplished.

In Tability, every agent is built around a goal. The Agent generates its own tasks toward that goal, executes through a connected model, reports progress, and collaborates with your team. Just like a human teammate would.

Answers questions when you ask
Every Agent has a goal that it's working toward, so it doesn't need to wait for your next command
Lives in a chat sidebar
Generates its own tasks toward its goal, without being asked
Forgotten once the chat closes
Runs scheduled work through connected models (OpenAI, Claude) and skills
Reports to no one
Reports outputs and results in check-ins, comments, and dashboards
Belongs to whoever opened the chat
Lives in the org chart and can be assigned work by anyone on the team
Set a goal. Everything after that is delegated.
01 · Set a goal
A target, a deadline, and a baseline. Nothing has been assigned yet.

02 · Assign
One click. The Agent Manager takes ownership of the goal and starts recruiting.

03 · Plan
The Agent Manager breaks the goal down into measurable key results it can staff.

04 · Recruit
Specialist agents, one per part of the plan, each built around its own piece of the goal. A real example: an SEO growth goal, "increase organic traffic from $16K to $25K," staffed by four specialists, a competitor-gap strategist, a decayed-page refresh analyst, a striking-distance rankings analyst, and a technical SEO specialist.

05 · Report
The Agent Manager writes a status report and rolls up every specialist's progress, what shipped, what's blocked, what's next.

06 · Steer
A single comment re-plans the work. The Agent Manager queues the next batch and keeps going. Works across the whole workspace too, comment on any Agency, even one you don't run yourself.

Your Agencies works while you sleep, and won't stop until your goals are archieved.
Set ten ambitious goals and get 10 Agencies, a whole team of Agents to make sure those goals are achieved.
Scale
One Agent executes a task. An Agency, an Agent Manager plus its recruited team, executes a whole goal in parallel, without you managing each piece by hand.
Visibility
One directory, not three. See who's human, who's an Agent Manager, and who's a recruited Agent, what they own, and how they're tracking, without checking in team by team.
Value
Tokens and AI usage is no longer a black box. Your agents have a mission and the results to show you clearly where you're getting your money's worth.

Learn more about TabilityBecause the difference is real, not just a naming choice, and it's worth being precise about: a Tability Agency isn't an outside firm you hire, it's a team of your own agents, an Agent Manager plus the specialists it recruits, that plans, executes, and reports until a goal is done, the same way a real agency would work a brief. It's not a term you'll see elsewhere yet in OKR software, we're using it deliberately because nothing else does this.
Yes. Assign a goal to an Agent Manager and it breaks the goal into an execution plan, recruits the sub-agents it needs, and dispatches the work. Team size is currently capped at six (one Agent Manager plus five managed agents) while we learn how far this scales.
Yes. Comments work across the whole workspace, not just your own agents. Leave feedback on any agent's check-in and it reads the thread before its next update, the same as if you'd commented on a teammate's work.
Nothing else on the platform changes. Some teams disable AI features entirely for their own security policies, and that's fine, Tability's core OKR platform, goal setting, tracking, check-ins, reporting, works exactly the same either way.
Claude and ChatGPT are built for one person working one problem in a session. Tability's agents run async, in the background, on long-lived goals, and more than one person can interact with the same Agent. Teammates can comment on its work, give feedback, and steer it, no matter who's machine they run on. That's the coordination layer a raw chat session doesn't give you.
