Escrow.com has pioneered the process of online escrow services since 1999. As the company grew, they turned to the Objectives and Key Results framework (OKRs) to find a simple way to keep everyone aligned and keep track of progress on the most critical priorities. But, while the idea of OKRs was great, they faced some difficulties in implementing the framework in a successful way.

"Our weekly OKR progress was difficult to track. Of course, it is doable by using spreadsheets, but it's still a hassle," says Kristian Sisayan, a Product Associate at Escrow.com. Spreadsheets are powerful due to their flexibility, but it's hard to see trends unless you customize everything yourself.

Tability completely changed the relationship that Escrow.com had with OKRs. "Honestly, it made OKR progress tracking a breeze. As a team, we make sure we update our OKR progress every Friday, and Tability is also capable of sending reminders to us to do this", says Sisayan. What used to feel like a tedious process has now turned into a team ritual.
