Adding OKRs and importing existing goals from a spreadsheet

If you're new to OKRs, you're likely tracking them manually in a spreadsheet. While that's cumbersome and a tedious task, we understand that changing processes in your org can be like pulling teeth also.

In this demo, we show how teams that started OKRs in spreadsheets can bring them straight into Tability—properly formatted and ready to track. No manual re-entry, no fussy setup. Once your OKRs land in Tability, you get real tracking features spreadsheets don’t provide.

With magic import, you can export your current OKRs to a CSV, and import them directly into Tability. You don't need an OKR template, just a loose idea of what the objectives are, and what the key results are. You can even map out strategic initiatives related to those as well.

Tability reads your objectives, key results, and initiatives—so you can publish in minutes. From there, quality checks kick in: plan score flags structure issues (too many/few KRs per objective), and AI feedback suggests clearer, measurable wording to keep goals action-oriented.

Once published, your goals appear on focus and team pages for updates and alignment over time. If you’re migrating existing OKRs and want help, reach out—we’re happy to guide you.
