OKR Development and Delivery with Tability

This program gives your team the skills, structure, and tools to run an effective OKR process — fully operational in Tability.

Over a series of focused workshop days, we work with your leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategic objectives, define measurable Key Results, and embed OKRs into your regular management routines.

The approach is practical, repeatable, and based on PM2’s Modern Operating Model— a framework proven across industries to turn strategy into daily execution.

This course includes live (online or virtual) facilitated workshops with interactive exercises, practical application, and coaching. This training usually takes place over 5 days, but may be shorter depending on your organization’s needs — we meet you wherever you are on your strategy journey
